A few years ago we did a test and dedicated a part of our small barley production to the transformation of agricultural beer... The result was surprising!
The refermentation in the bottle determines the elegance of our beers, 100% Friulian, made with barley malt and spring water.
THE "BIONDA"

Description
Our blonde is a high fermented light beer, Golden Ale style with a golden colour, unfiltered and unpasteurized. Refreshing, with low alcohol content, it forms an intense, abundant and persistent foam. The scent distinctly recalls barley malt and the aroma of hops. The flavour is a balance between the sweetness of the malt and the bitterness of the hops.
THE "AMBRATA"

Description
With a strong and never banal personality, our Ambrata is an aromatic Pale Ale style beer, unfiltered and unpasteurized. Its hints of tropical fruit are combined with the citrus and herbaceous aroma, leaving a long and persistent finish. Its strong bitterness is balanced by the sweetness of the malt.
Birra agricola Scura

Una birra intensa e speziata, la nostra Scura è una stile Strong Scotch Ale, non filtrata e non pastorizzata.
Ha un pronunciato aroma di malto e caramello.
E' l'ideale per scaldare le giornate più fredde, è la nostra special Christmas Edition!
