Casale ai Prati offre un'accoglienza speciale per gli ospiti, la padrona di casa da mettere a proprio agio e con competenza sa indicare tutte le caratteristiche dello splendido casale. La Spa wellness dotata di idromassaggio sauna è un piacere per coppie. molto apprezzata anche la merenda offerta a base di tisana frutta secca e biscotti fatti in casa. Consigliato a tutte le persone che cercano relax e tranquillità contornati da uno splendido giardino curato.

The best farmhouse I have ever tried, everything perfect and even beyond how you would expect to stay in a farmhouse, cleaning, food, parking, staff, services and comfort all perfect, also for what it offers the price of the room has a excellent value for money. Martina is generous with advice and tips to visit the area, just a pity we could not try the SPA due to lack of time, I hope to return, because at Casale ai Prati I felt appreciated and pampered as guest, highly recommended.

Can't wait to come back! Casale ai Prati was just amazing. It is beautifully furnished, homey and modern at the same time. The room was very specious and impeccably clean. Intimate location with great attention to style and cleanliness, very kind staff. I just spent the weekend there with my husband and we had a great time especially because we were looking for a quiet place with maximum privacy even in the small spa of the facility. The homemade desserts made with organic flours are also excellent. We highly recommend it!

A truly beautiful place to stay, the accommodation is immaculate and really comfortable, the breakfast is outstanding and true to the region of Friuli with local and home baked cakes and produce. Take time to walk around the garden and grounds, they are perfect as is the hospitality of Martina and her family. The cheese plate, prosecco and house beer was wonderful, grazie mille xx.

Relaxing relaxation! First of all the location, then the large manicured green spaces, the structure in all respects, the room was beautiful, and abundant and genuine breakfast, and there is space for our pets. Finally, being everything perfect, I don't know where to place the dear and loved tranquility... I really recommend it... I liked everything.

The house is furnished with attention to detail, spotless and of high quality, the garden a little paradise! As a guest, you feel welcome from the first moment by the hostess. At breakfast we felt like VIPs in a beautiful garden. The hostess gave us valuable information. The location is very good, 1h in Venice and 20min from Bibione beach. We highly recommend this accommodation.

One of the best places I have stayed in Italy, if not the best. There are no words enough to explain, the place is perfect. Very clean, quiet and well maintained. Luxury Agriturismo - Italy at its very best. Outstanding standard of accommodation - With EV / Tesla Charging on site. Beautiful farmhouse transformed into luxury boutique hotel. Our suite was just beautiful, with a wonderful huge terrace with sun-lounges and small table. Fresh modern decor, that is in harmony with the surroundings and farmhouse. Comfortable bed, amazing rain shower, great wi-fi and the freshest breakfast. This is a wonderful place to enjoy and overnight stay or a week. They serve great antipasti plates, with local wine and beer. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful Agriturismo, for EV / Tesla owners there is a charge station to connect with your own cable. We will absolutely be back for a longer stay.

The staff is very kind, they put their heart and soul into the comfort of the guests. As dog owners, we were delighted with the huge grassy areas in the immediate vicinity of the property. A special thanks goes to Martina. Keep it up!

The sense of peace and care in things shines through as soon as you cross the entrance gate. We upgraded to a giant terrace apartment overlooking the beautiful inner lawn and nearby orchards, very nice and very stylish shabby chic decor. Abundant breakfasts with "meter" 0 products that offer you the flavors of the land from which they are produced, in the evening you can smell the scent of cakes cooked to be served the next day. Cleanliness is IMPECCABLE, having a dog we try to do our best and always leave the room in acceptable conditions, x compared to who arranges the room, but on our return every time everything was at the top as on the day of our arrival. Congratulations to Martina, Enrico and their family, kind, friendly always available. Tranquility, cleanliness and healthy and never predictable conviviality are at home ... Then I recommend a refreshing amber beer to be enjoyed upon returning to the structure. G, D, G and Baloo

A right choice to enjoy relaxation and tranquility in a modern style, with references to the past that make the welcoming and familiar environment that accompanies you throughout your stay very original. The Spa reserved for two hours for guests offers emotions and an enveloping pampering in total privacy and if lived at sunset, pampering you with her rays, the sun will also take care of it. The aperitif with a typical and enveloping flavor to warm up before going to dinner and the colors of dawn make the location uniquely magical.

We stayed in the farmhouse apartment. Spacious, clean, well stocked kitchen, large shower, fluffy towels, very comfortable bed and fabulous terrace overlooking the garden. The exteriors are beautiful and well cared for. We were pampered by a delicious breakfast outdoors on the porch. The tart is fabulous! Our cat Elly was also happy 🙂. Ho passato 2 notti in questo casale dove l'attenzione per i clienti è stata perfetta! L' accoglienza al mattino, con una colazione ricca di cose buone e SANE, a km zero o locale, torte fatte da loro squisite!!! PERSINO LA RICOTTINA Fresca!!!! La pulizia dei locali, e del giardino impeccabile! La zona per il parcheggio comodissimo. Silenzio, profumi e i colori del paesaggio mi hanno dato una gran gioia! Ho adorato TUTTO!

Tutto perfetto, la bellezza della struttura e del luogo , l’accoglienza e la disponibilità di Martina, sempre presente, gentile, garbata e prodiga di utili consigli, la pulizia e il confort della stanza. Il posto è assolutamente un piccolo scrigno: curato ne minimi dettagli, pulizia assoluta, una colazione invitante e ricca di scelte ed una cortesia squisita. Personale sempre disponibile e ricco di consigli sia sul cosa fare che su dove andare a cena: uno meglio dell'altro!! Grazie Martina, è stato veramente una splendida sorpresa ed un enorme piacere.

Wundervolle Unterkunft, makellos sauber, ruhige Lage, bestes Frühstück ever, vor allem für Italien, liebevolle Einrichtung, gemütlich, leckeres selber gebrautes Bier; unbedingt probieren; wir wollten nicht mehr weg am Abend und bekamen eine leckere Und Platte mit Leckereien aus der Region, selten eine Unterkunft gesehen die mit so viel Liebe und Engagement bis ins kleinste Detail geführt wird, einfach nur zu enpfehlen! Eine 10 Ist zu wenig!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen!! Wunderschöne, familiengeführte Pension mit absolut neu-und hochwertiger Ausstattung. Auf Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und Service wird hier sehr viel Wert gelegt! Auch der Wellnessbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist einzigartig und die Auswahl riesengroß.
